~ Stampede Round Up ~
We had a great time!

Thank you to everyone who organized, participated, provided great snacks, assisted in set up and take down and especially to Jan, Jerry, Winnie and Bud for offering a great location.

View a collection of casual photos of the event on our Photo Album Page.

A fond farewell to Nan and Murray who began this annual get-together 29 years ago.

~ Team Work ~

A great big thank you to our Flower Committee for preparing, planning and planting  our entrance flower planter. It looks absolutely beautiful and so colourful. All of us will enjoy it as we enter and leave CP. Thank you, Marcia, Sharon R., Gale, Susan and Greg for all of your hard work.

Many thanks
from the owners of Christie Point

Construction Parking

While construction is continuing on the upper level condominium buildings we are asking that Construction Workers park next to the sandstone wall across from Units 3 – 9.  If you notice them parking on the upper road, please notify a Board member.

There is nothing to be attached to the new Hardie Board.

Even though there are hooks available to do this, the Board has determined this will not be permitted due to the potential damage inserting the hooks or overloading them.
The boards could crack, split or chip which would void the warranty.
Nothing should be attached to the Hardie Board. This includes adhesive blocks, hooks, screws or any other type of attachments.  Owners are responsible for damage to the Hardie Board and will be assessed the costs for any repairs.

~ Got Questions? ~

Should you have any owners’ concerns, you are requested to direct them to Brent Bellamy who will either address the concern or direct it to the appropriate Board member.
